The statesman of the farm, Montgomery’s Cheddar is the epitome of traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset cheddar. It’s deep, rich, nutty flavours have won worldwide acclaim. The Montgomery family have been farming in North and South Cadbury for three generations, making their renowned Montgomery’s Cheddar.

This is a naturally rinded product and the colour of the rind may have seasonal variations. It may contain naturally occurring blue veins which are normal and typical of this type of cheese.
