The King of blue cheese! Our Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton has a rich tangy flavour, and a velvety-soft texture that makes it melt in the mouth.

A very British Camembert wonderfully reminiscent of its French cousin. Tunworth is still made entirely by hand – the cheese has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.
