We are proud to introduce you to Corndale Farm’s new line of Nduja ketchup, a gourmet, artisanal ketchup made with great ingredients, namely Corndale free-range pork Nduja, Calabrian chilli & Italian tomatoes.

Corndale Nduja is produced in Northern Ireland from high welfare free-range saddle-back pigs, fed a locally sourced diet, supplemented with local vegetables, a true “field to fork” approach with a low carbon footprint & food miles.

Nduja is the perfect Ketchup upgrade, adding not just chilli heat but a rich smoky savouriness to balance the piquancy & sweetness, if you’re a lover of spice this will become your go to ketchup!

Ingredients: Tomato (chopped & pureed tomato)(30%), spirit vinegar, sugar, sautéed onions (onions, virgin olive oil), Nduja (8%)%)(pork, pork fat, salt, garlic, smoked paprika, chilli, cayenne pepper, dextrose, preservatives (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate) antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), onion powder, salt, stabiliser (modified starch), spices (including celery), garlic powder, pepper.
