Hard Italian washed rind cheese. A typical cheese from the Valle d’Aosta, one of the Northern Regions of Italy. A process in which it is semi – cooked gives it a mid – strength flavour with a unique aroma. Enjoyable on a cheeseboard or when melted into a cheese fondue. Perfect with a crisp, dry white wine.
