Craic Black Garlic Salt
Good things take time, like our black garlic salt, it takes three weeks of slow fermentation before we can blend our aged garlic with sea salt & then air dry. Finished with a hint of lemon, this dark salt is best used as a final seasoning or table salt to fully appreciate it molasses-caramel garlicky complexity. Irish Foods Bronze award winner 2019.
Ingredients: Sea salt (62%), black garlic (34%), freeze dried garlic, lemon juice.
