Hand made by the Appleby family in Shropshire, this cheese is the UK’s last cheshire cheese made using the traditional calico bound method. Crumbly and flakey with a moist texture and depth of flavour, complemented by an acidic bite. Enjoyed best with a light, fruity red wine.
